Role Summary:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in the company systems. The role requires attention to detail, typing accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Review data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Follow data privacy and confidentiality policies.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
