Job Title: Data entry Operator/Accounts assistant

0–2 years for junior roles (freshers with basic accounting knowledge can apply).

Timing: 9.30am to 8pm

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing product, inventory, and customer data specific to jewellery operations.

• Enter and update product information, Record daily stock movement—receipts, issues, orders, and transfers.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and verify physical stock vs. system entries.
• Enter daily accounting transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, etc.
• Update ledgers, vouchers, and financial records in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, bills, supporting documents, and vouchers.

Qualification:

• Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gobichettipalyam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
