Core Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately inputting POs, requisitions, quotes, vendor details, and pricing into systems like ERP or Excel.
  • Order Processing: Creating, updating, and monitoring purchase orders from creation to delivery.
  • Vendor & Inventory Tracking: Maintaining supplier records, tracking incoming materials, and managing stock updates.
  • Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports, comparative statements, and status updates for management.
  • Verification: Checking vendor bills, prices, and quantities against orders for accuracy.
  • Documentation: Preparing and formatting purchase documents, invoices, and other internal records.
  • System Monitoring: Ensuring the procurement software/system runs smoothly, managing logs, and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments and IT for data accuracy and system functionality.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
