• Good communication skills
• Computer knowledge & social media handling knowledge
• Typing speed
• Ability to handle calls professionally
• Provide information, support, and resolve basic queries
• Maintain call logs and update customer records
• Enter and verify data accurately in the system
• Prepare simple reports as instructed
• WhatsApp broadcast knowledge
