Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator responsible for accurate data management, database maintenance, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and capable of working in english language. Prior experience in joint venture (JV) partner environments will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in company systems and Excel sheets.
• Create, manage, and update structured databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform data validation, error checking, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Organize and manage digital records and documentation efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (including JV partners, if applicable) for data collection and reporting.
• Generate analytical summaries and reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).
• Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support management with data analysis and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel (advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, data filtering).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in creating and maintaining databases and MIS reports.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Joint Venture (JV) partner environment.
• Exposure to multi-stakeholder reporting structures.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting standards.
• Qualification: Fresher(s) and even 12th graduated with skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hasnain Market, Uttar Pradesh
