Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

JOB DISCREPTION

• Enter daily production data (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing)
• Maintain stock and inventory records
• Enter purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and delivery challans
• Prepare Daily Production Reports (DPR)
• Update data in ERP/software systems
• Generate MIS reports as required
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts departments
• Maintain proper documentation and filing

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and email handling
• Experience with ERP software (Garment ERP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
