Data Entry, Reporting & Analysis Executive – Logistics

Reports To: Operations Manager / Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Entry, Reporting & Analysis Executive to support our logistics operations. This role involves managing high-volume operational data, consolidating reports from multiple supervisors, and ensuring accuracy for invoicing and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling complex datasets under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and manage large volumes of logistics data (10,000+ entries), including shipments, deliveries, routes, and operational records

Consolidate and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports from multiple logistics supervisors and teams

Link and integrate data across multiple Excel sheets and files to create unified reporting structures

Perform detailed cross-checking to ensure accuracy of entries related to deliveries, quantities, billing units, and service records

Identify discrepancies in operational and financial data, investigate root causes, and resolve issues before submission

Prepare and validate reports for the Finance Department to support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition

Maintain and manage petty cash records related to logistics operations (e.g., fuel, tolls, driver expenses), ensuring proper structuring and reconciliation in Excel

Standardize reporting formats across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency

Generate ad-hoc operational and financial reports, including performance tracking, cost analysis, and exception reporting

Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and within strict daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines

Maintain organized digital records for audit and tracking purposes

Required Skills & Competencies

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data linking across files, large dataset handling)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Ability to interpret logistics data and identify inconsistencies affecting billing or operations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)

2–4 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or analysis within logistics, supply chain, or operations

Experience with invoicing, billing data, or operational reporting is highly advantageous

Language Requirements

Fluency in English is required

Arabic is preferred but not mandatory

Additional Information

Experience working with logistics teams, fleet operations, or delivery tracking systems is a plus

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including operations and finance teams
