Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist with fast typing skills and excellent accuracy to join our Onboarding & Accounts Services team. This role is critical to ensuring that all customer and account data is processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer and account data in systems with high speed and accuracy
• Review onboarding sheets and ensure data matches supporting documents
• Support the onboarding process by preparing and validating beneficiary information
• Handle account service requests such as amendments, updates, and corrections
• Coordinate with makers, checkers, and operations team to ensure data quality
• Flag discrepancies or missing information for further review
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fast typing skills with excellent accuracy (typing test may be required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in data entry, operations, or onboarding is a plus

• Fast typing speed (minimum 45-50 words per minute) with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
• Good command of English and Arabic (reading and writing)
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in data entry, banking, or onboarding is a plus
