At HiViz Lighting, we’re on a mission to keep fire trucks in service and first responders safe. Our Customer Experience Team makes that happen every day and we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join us.

This role is all about accuracy, follow-through, and customer care. You will be the one entering and tracking critical order and warranty details, making sure our advanced exchange warranty program runs flawlessly. When something breaks, your work is what gets rigs back on the road fast.

What You’ll Do

• Enter customer orders, ship dates, and changes accurately into our ERP system
• Confirm orders against inventory availability using ATP data
• Provide lead times and order status updates to customers
• Once a warranty is approved, create replacement orders and manage the return of parts
• Monitor return accounts and ensure credits are processed correctly
• Maintain clean, organized warranty documentation in CRM and SharePoint
• Communicate warranty updates clearly and professionally to customers
• Support inbox monitoring and message routing as needed
• Back up the team by routing inbound phone calls and logging them in HubSpot
• Escalate warranty or customer concerns to the Team Lead

• Detail-focused! Nothing slips through the cracks when you are managing orders and warranty cases
• Experience with ERP systems, HubSpot, or SharePoint a plus
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, warranty, or customer service preferred
