Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in various systems and platforms.
- Handle bulk data imports and exports using tools like Excel or platform-specific utilities.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Excel Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, data validation) for data processing and analysis.
- Generate detailed reports and summaries as needed.
Ecommerce & QCommerce Management:
- Update product listings, pricing, and inventory on Ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless integration of product details and promotions.
Content Upload & Maintenance:
- Upload product images, descriptions, and specifications on various platforms.
- Ensure that all content complies with company guidelines and platform requirements.
Platform Optimization:
- Support platform optimization efforts, ensuring proper categorization and tagging of products.
- Troubleshoot minor issues on platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, inventory, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably within an ECommerce environment.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Shopify and WooCommerce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with QCommerce platforms like Talabat, or similar is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and product listing workflows.
Other Skills:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
