Data Entry Specialist

Position Title: Data Entry Specialist (part-time)

Location: Ste 600 Phoenix AZ 85012

Duration: 1-2, months Contract on W2

Work schedule: 20 hrs. in a week

Payrate: $17/hr.

Position Description:

• The Data Entry Specialist will support Department of Public Health with its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment.
• This position will receive paper surveys that have been completed by community members in either English or Spanish and transcribe them into a digital database.
• The position will also be responsible for quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data entry.

Skills Required:

• English and Spanish comprehension (reading and writing); computer / technology skills; typing speed

Skills Preferred:

• Experience in Public Health

Experience Required:

Education Required:

• High school diploma or GED

Additional Information:

• Hours for the assignment will have: 20 hours/week (may exceed based on workload Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Onsite work only.
