Position Overview
As a Date Entry Specialist, you’ll serve as a key liaison between project managers, and engineering teams. You will manage client inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and support the flow of project deliverables.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries across phone, email, and internal systems.

Coordinate communication across clients, project managers, engineers, and internal teams.

Track, prioritize, and resolve customer requests efficiently.

Maintain organized customer records and project documentation.

Support scheduling, project updates, and coordination of deliverables.

Prepare documents, perform data entry, and generate reports.

Provide proactive updates on timelines, deliverables, and service requests.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service processes and operational efficiency.

Monitor incoming inquiries and manage workload based on urgency.

Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client information.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all communications and tasks.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties, including limited weekend support.
What You Bring

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering support, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles.

Experience in engineering, construction, utilities, or technical consulting is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
