We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our internal operations by managing data entry tasks and coordinating orders effectively.
Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into Smartsheets from a ticketing program.

Track and manage internal orders, ensuring timely communication with internal teams.

Coordinate data entry tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Utilize Excel for basic data manipulation, including filtering and sorting.

Collaborate with transportation coordinators for shipment updates as needed.
Skills

Proficient in using Smartsheets for data entry and management.

Strong basic Excel skills, including familiarity with VLOOKUPs and formulas.

Experience in supply chain operations or related fields.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
Preferred Skills

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
