Data Entry Specialist – IT Company Experience Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our Lahore office. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to surgical instruments, product listings, and client records for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data scraping from websites and online sources using appropriate tools and techniques
• Extract, clean, and structure raw data for analysis and reporting
• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with high accuracy
• Validate and verify scraped data to ensure quality and consistency
• Generate reports and dashboards as required
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, or missing data through basic analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements and validation
• Ensure compliance with data usage policies and confidentiality standards
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
• Good communication and organizational skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data scraping, or data analysis
• Hands-on experience with data scraping tools (e.g., web scraping tools, browser extensions, or scripts)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)
• Basic understanding of data analysis and data structuring
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Working Hours:

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
