Data Entry & Support Administrative Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry & Support Administrative Specialist (Remote) to support daily operations through accurate data entry and comprehensive administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & System Maintenance
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain records across company databases and platforms
  • Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve errors in a timely manner
  • Conduct routine quality checks and data audits
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports as requested
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance to management and team members
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Assist with document formatting, proofreading, and recordkeepingSupport onboarding documentation and internal record updates
Operational & Workflow Coordination
  • Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
  • Follow up on outstanding assignments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in maintaining procedural documentation and process updates
  • Support internal teams with data and document requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
  • Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
