Ropstam Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Virtual Assistant. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, managing pricing and cost-related information, and working with advanced spreadsheets to organize and analyze data. The position also involves contributing to lead generation efforts and providing data-driven insights to assist business decisions. The candidate will be responsible for keeping pricing details updated, managing customer records, and identifying potential growth opportunities through data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across systems.
- Maintain data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Ensure all records, customer data, and pricing information are up to date.
- Organize and manage files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts.
- Keep all contract-related documents structured and well-organized.
- Ensure pricing agreements are updated and aligned with company policies.
- Maintain and update pricing data within internal databases.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to verify pricing accuracy.
- Prepare accurate customer quotations based on current pricing and terms.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
- Use advanced Excel functions to analyze data and generate reports.
- Monitor trends, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making with insights.
- Prepare structured reports and ensure accuracy of all compiled data.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and data sources.
- Review bid platforms and other channels to find relevant opportunities.
- Develop customer and prospect reports to support business strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in data management, data entry, pricing analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working with databases and handling structured data.
- Basic understanding of cost structures and pricing/contracts.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with effective documentation practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Remote Job (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)
- EST hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time)
