Data Entry/Coordinator Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry / Coordination Executive to support data management activities and assist in routine coordination tasks. The ideal candidate must have good computer skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.

Requirements:

Location: Lahore

Salary: 25000-30000 + Benefits as per Organizational policy

Terms of Employment: Full Time

Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Education: Intermediate (Inter) or above.

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience

Business Equipment and Computer Applications

MS Excel, MS Word. Electronic mail

Recommended Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate to good skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and formatting).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of data management and office coordination
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

Job description

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
  • Assist with daily office coordination tasks and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documents for record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with departments, students, or clients as required.
  • Handle emails, calls, and basic reporting tasks.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and follow company protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
