Role Overview:
As the Front Desk Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face of Growork — ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk while providing essential administrative and operational support. You’ll handle reception duties, assist the management team, and help maintain the coworking experience that makes Growork stand out.
Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk & Member Experience
- Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Manage check-ins, visitor logs, and access cards.
- Provide workspace tours for potential members and support onboarding for new ones.
2. Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier dispatch.
- Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies; place orders as needed.
- Support billing and invoicing processes in coordination with the accounts team.
- Prepare basic reports and documentation for management.
3. Operational Coordination
- Ensure the front area and common spaces are well-maintained and presentable.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve facility issues promptly.
- Support scheduling and setup for meetings, events, and workshops.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
4. Community & Event Support
- Assist the Community Manager in organizing member events and internal activities.
- Promote events and share updates with members through internal communication channels.
- Help create a friendly, engaging, and professional coworking atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in front desk, administration, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic data management tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong sense of responsibility.
