Job Title : Data Infrastructure Supervisor

Department: Data Analytics & Engineering

Role Purpose: Lead a small team of data engineers, analysts, and external consultants to manage a robust data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, support machine learning and AI initiatives, ensure data quality, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions across subsidiaries.

Key Activities:

• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress

• Provide guidance and support for initiatives and projects

• Conduct performance reviews and foster skill development

• Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion into Fabric

• Ensure data quality, governance, and security

• Optimize performance and manage workspaces

• Manage Power BI workspaces and access controls

• Support report and dashboard development

• Assist subsidiaries in adopting analytics best practices

• Coordinate deployment of machine learning models

• Integrate predictive outputs into dashboards and operational workflows

• Support Copilot and generative AI tools for enhanced insights

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors

• Monitor resource usage and costs to support backcharging

• Contribute to resource efficiency improvements

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

• 2-4 years of practical experience in Microsoft Fabric or PowerBI deployments

• Microsoft Fabric or PowerBI certification necessary

• Experience supervising small teams or coordinating consultants

• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning applications

Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s can be the minimum. The Certifcates for Fabric or PowerBI are more important

• Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certifications are a plus

Job Specific Technical Skills:

• Data pipelines management and data governance

• On-premise and cloud database management

• Reporting and dashboard creation using Power BI

• Supporting AI and generative AI integration
