We provide consulting services and Technology implementation, accompanied by a set of tools that we have developed to help our clients achieve their desired goals.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data & Innovation Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising and guiding organizations on the implementation of data management frameworks, methodologies, and policies in accordance with National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards.

Job Description:

Demonstrate strong expertise in data management frameworks, methodologies, and standards aligned with the National Data Management Office.

Provide advisory and hands-on support for implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in compliance with NDMO requirements.

Assess current-state data management practices, identify gaps, and recommend targeted improvements to enhance maturity and compliance.

Develop data strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps to strengthen data governance, data quality, and overall data management capabilities.

Design and implement data governance artifacts, including policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Law, including supporting privacy frameworks, DPIAs, and data protection practices.

Lead and oversee end-to-end data classification implementation across structured and unstructured data domains.

Establish and manage data catalogs, metadata frameworks, and data registers to enable effective data discovery and control.

Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to evaluate, select, and implement data management tools (e.g., Data Catalog, Data Quality, MDM).

Support tool configuration, integration, and adoption to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Conduct compliance and maturity assessments, and produce detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements to drive awareness and adoption of data management practices.

Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear business value
Qualifications
:
-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar degree.

3+ years of experience in data management, data governance, and data privacy.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic
Preferred Certificates:
-
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
