, ensuring alignment between strategy, structure, and execution

Translate strategic objectives into
practical, implementable solutions

Manage and coordinate cross-functional client teams and internal consultants

Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps

Engage confidently with
senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C‑Suite)
in both Arabic and English

Coach and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality and consistency of outputs

Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and client relationship building
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum 6 years of experience
in
management consulting
-
Previous experience with:
-
Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firms
, or
-
Big 4 consulting practices
-
Proven experience leading
operating model design and activation
engagements

Demonstrated ability to
own and deliver workstreams end-to-end
-
Strong client-facing experience within
public sector and/or large enterprises

Experience working in or with
Middle East markets

Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
