Data Integrity Analyst
The Department of Administration's Division of State Human Resources (DSHR) works with agency customers to provide guidance on HR-related matters, delivering resources that encourage effective workforce planning and organizational development and overseeing the state’s Alternative Dispute Resolution process. We are growing and are now seeking an experienced Data Integrity Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring state agency and higher education personnel data is accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable by implementing data quality standards, identifying anomalies, and resolving errors.
This position is onsite in Columbia, SC.
Responsibilities of the Data Integrity Analyst:-
Drive data quality by identifying, analyzing, resolving, and tracking issues through comprehensive reporting. Interact with agencies and higher education institutions to resolve data quality problems using techniques such as root cause analysis as well as collecting user requirements.

Provide assistance, guidance, and advice to regulatory agencies and higher education institutions regarding the maintenance of personnel records in South Carolina Enterprise Information Systems (SCEIS) by identifying and resolving routine personnel action and organizational management errors.

Ensure assigned tickets are addressed timely and that the appropriate solution is identified and meet customer satisfaction.

Implement preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved by developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Perform regular audits to identify, investigate, and fix data inconsistencies, anomalies, or errors.

Communicate the pervasiveness of data quality problems and their potential impacts and take the lead in resolving them via data integration and/or business process improvement.

Create dashboards and reports to track data quality metrics, trends, and risk indicators.
