What You’ll Do

• Lead implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP across procurement, production, and logistics
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to support real-time decision-making
• Collaborate with ops, finance, and tech teams to align systems with business goals
• Ensure data integrity and streamline cross-platform workflows
• Train team members on system usage and best practices

What You Bring

• 2+ years in data analytics within CPG or food service
• Proven experience with ERP integration—Odoo expertise required
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with multi-hub operations or production planning a plus
• Comfortable working onsite and cross-functionally in Brooklyn
