Title: Data Management Analyst

Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs.
Design and conduct highly complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps.
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.
Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies.
Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
5+ years of experience leading end to end analytical work, including framing problems, conducting analysis, synthesizing insights, and influencing leadership decisions of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
SQL- ability to pull data from a number of different sources, build complex queries to build a reporting file, document and create flow charts and process maps of what the code is doing.
