Data Management Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
- Working on data-related technical challenges while collaborating with stakeholders to support their data infrastructure needs.
- Responsible for debugging ticketing issues (Upstream/Downstream) in the Production Support environment
- Be agile enough to escalate and involve relevant stakeholders to resolve the issue
- Monitor job failures, assess the impact and take necessary steps for recovery
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams for effective resolution of the issues/tickets
- Monitor and provide input until the issue is resolved
- Identify, support and resolve complex data-related issues
- Drive data-related projects, Transformation initiatives with customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective resolutions of the issues/tickets
- Identify strong back ups who will be able to support in case of contingency
Salary Range $120,000-$140,000Per year
