Data ManagerRole SummaryLead end-to-end KPI data lifecycle management from collection through validation, scoring, and dashboard deployment. Drive automation initiatives with BI teams while managing Corrigo system administration and providing technical analysis of compliance trackers. This role combines strategic data governance with hands-on system administration and user support.
Key ResponsibilitiesKPI Data Management & Analytics• Execute complete KPI lifecycle: collect and process raw data, perform statistical analysis, validate artifacts, score KPIs, and deploy to dashboards • Design and develop dashboards using Smartsheet, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate insights and support data-driven decisions • Implement data governance policies, ensure quality and compliance, and manage access permissions across KPI-related data • Establish and maintain centralized Data Repository in Shared Drive for the entire account, creating dedicated repositories for KPIs and all organizational functions • Store all account-related data in the central repository with proper organization, implementing access control protocols and consistent naming conventions • Provide comprehensive governance framework for the data repository to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization • Coordinate with BI Lead and Global BI team to automate KPI scoring processes and develop standardized templates
Technical Analysis & Compliance• Analyze Incident Tracker and Statutory Compliance Tracker data to identify patterns, root causes, and ensure organizational adherence • Generate compliance reports and provide technical recommendations to management teams • Ensure alignment between technical requirements and business KPI objectives
Corrigo System Administration• Serve as Corrigo Champion managing change management, user administration, onboarding, and training • Lead system updates, optimizations, and coordinate with vendors on enhancements • Develop user guides and implement best practices across the organization
System Administration & User Support• Handle new laptop user onboarding into organizational systems and applications • Provide technical support for JLLT and third-party vendor applications, serving as primary contact for data-related requests • Manage user access, system permissions, and resolve technical queries
Process Improvement• Oversee dashboard development schedules, manage scope changes, and communicate risks to stakeholders • Coordinate with IT teams to establish data pipelines and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align data architecture with KPI governance needs
Required QualificationsTechnical Skills• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) and advanced Smartsheet proficiency • Proficiency in SQL, DataBricks, Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL/data processing technologies • Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) • Experience with Corrigo system administration and change management • Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities with database development expertise
Business & Communication Skills• Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups • Project management experience with demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Business acumen and understanding of KPI frameworks with leadership and mentoring capabilities • Experience with data governance, compliance requirements, and user support/system administration
System Administration Experience• User onboarding, access management, and technical troubleshooting experience • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, application integration, and vendor coordination • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks
Preferred Qualifications• Advanced degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field • BI tool certifications (Tableau, Power BI) and agile project management experience • Commercial real estate or facilities management background • Continuous learning mindset with passion for data analytics trends
Years of experience
5+ years of technical experience in Facilities Management or IT industry.
Certifications related to Data Management and Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires collaboration with BI, IT, Compliance, and business teams. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on technical work, requiring flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technology requirements.
