Data Monetization Product Management Director

We are seeking an experienced Data Monetization Product Management Director to lead the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of data monetization platforms and products. This role is critical in shaping enterprise-grade, compliant, and revenue-generating data products within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end product vision for data monetization platforms and products.
• Define, prioritize, and govern the data product roadmap aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and monetization objectives.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to:
• Oversee platform design, scalability, and security-by-design
• Ensure solutions are production-ready and enterprise-grade
• Collaborate with the Data Monetization Commercial team to:
• Align products with market and customer demand
• Support pricing models, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Manage and balance requirements across internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, government entities, partners, and enterprise clients.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation launch adoption optimization.
• Ensure compliance with PDPL, data governance frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and sector regulations (e.g., banking, insurance).
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable product features.
• Act as a key interface across technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory teams.

Required Expertise & Competencies

• Strong understanding of:
• Data governance and privacy (PDPL)
• Data monetization models (APIs, subscriptions, bundled offerings)
• Enterprise and government operating models
• Proven ability to operate effectively in highly regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in product management, platform development, or data-driven solutions.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Business Analysis or Product Management certification (e.g., CPM) is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale platforms or API ecosystems, preferably within government, fintech, or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling platforms adopted by enterprise or government clients.
