Vice President of Production (Mandarin Speaking)

Chuangyin Group is a prestigious national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D,
manufacturing, and sale of Medium and Low Voltage (MV/LV) transformers, switchgear
components, and advanced electrical sensors. With multiple manufacturing plants and
international certifications (KEMA, UL, CE), we are expanding our industrial footprint in
Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview
The VP of Production will lead the Dammam manufacturing facility, overseeing the entire
production lifecycle from strategic planning to delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring
operational excellence, maintaining international quality standards, and managing a large-
scale workforce in a cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual/quarterly production plans;

Allocate resources effectively to meet market demand and ensure on-time delivery.

• Operational Excellence: Optimize production processes and operating procedures to

improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.

• Quality & Compliance: Oversee the quality management system to ensure products meet

KEMA, UL, and CE standards, as well as customer-specific requirements.

• Asset Management: Supervise equipment maintenance, installation, and technical

evaluations for automation and production efficiency.

• Cost & Financial Control: Monitor raw material, energy, and labor costs. Supervise

procurement plans and inventory turnover to ensure financial compliance.

• Safety & Environment: Enforce national safety laws and internal safety protocols; lead

accident investigations and prevention training.

• Leadership & Team Building: Manage the organizational structure, performance evaluations, and motivation for a team of 50–100 personnel.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate) in Science, Engineering, or Business

Administration.

• Experience: * At least 3 years in the power system or electrical components industry (highly preferred).

o Minimum of 5 years in a production management leadership role.

• Skills: Strong understanding of finance, HR, and strategic planning within a manufacturing context.

• Mindset: Systemic thinker with a global vision and the ability to handle high-pressure

environments.

• Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

• Work Mode: 100% Office/Factory-based in Dammam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼250,000.00 - ﷼300,000.00 per year
