The Mall Manager will be responsible for the full operational, financial, and tenant management performance of the mall. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and the ability to maximize occupancy and profitability while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities1️ Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily mall operations (security, cleaning, maintenance).
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and retail units.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor service providers and vendor performance.

Leasing & Tenant Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  • Follow up on rent collection and outstanding payments.
  • Support leasing activities to improve occupancy rates.
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve operational issues within SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate move-in / move-out procedures.

Financial & Reporting

  • Monitor mall revenue, service charges, and operational costs.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports (occupancy, arrears, footfall, maintenance).
  • Ensure cost control while maintaining service quality.
  • Work closely with finance team for accurate billing and collections.

Marketing & Growth

  • Support marketing initiatives to increase footfall.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions and small-scale mall events.
  • Identify new income opportunities (kiosks, advertising spaces, unused areas).

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all leases are registered (Ejar when applicable).
  • Maintain updated tenant documentation and contracts.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
