It also includes service architecture, basic technology and other directions to ensure that the business continues to serve users with high quality, efficiency and security.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience, You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations team in data collection, cleaning and sorting, ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data, and provide basic support for subsequent analysis.
- Use Tableau or similar data visualization tools (such as Power BI) to design concise and intuitive data charts, visually present analysis results, and support business decision-making.
- Use SQL for data query, filtering, aggregation and other operations, extract core data required for business, and assist in the construction and update of data reports.
- Cooperate with the team in sorting out and filing data-related documents, and participate in the optimization of data processes to improve data processing efficiency.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Masters Degree
- Have a good data and mathematical background, master basic statistical analysis methods (such as descriptive statistics, probability distribution, etc.), be sensitive to data, and be good at finding problems from data.
- Proficient in data analytics tools, such as SQL, Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Be able to independently create data dashboards and visual charts; relevant practical experience is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis, visualisation and process automation
- Passionate about Music and TikTok, content creator experience is a plus
