Job Description


Work Location – Porur, Chennai

Shift - Flexible for all shifts
CTC - 3.46 LPA
UG Arts & Science graduate 2024 & 2025 only

One of NIQ On Premise’s defining USPs is our ability to harmonise large and varied datasets into alignment with our definitive on premise dictionaries, with clear taxonomies applied to these dictionaries to facilitate accurate analysis of our combined data assets, and ultimately the generation of insights that support our clients’ performance in the on premise market.

Data Operations Analysts play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our services by ensuring that harmonisation (matching) of data and maintenance dictionaries is completed in line with NIQ's world class standards. Each analyst is assigned to a specific geographical region and practice area, but works collaboratively within the Data Preparation team to make sure dictionaries are maintained accurately, data integrity is sustained at a high standard and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.


Job requirements:

  • Completes matching, coding and quality assurance tasks in line with agreed service standards and uses available tools and reporting to ensure work is completed to schedule

  • Is aware of all quality standards & processes relevant to their job and completes work to agreed standards

  • Proactively identifies issues and/or inconsistencies and escalates to senior members of staff for resolution

  • Good communication skills

  • Enthusiastic to learn and grow within the function

  • Should be able to understand the end-to-end process and identify avenues of process improvement

  • Should be flexible with respect to shift timings

  • Fast thinking, crisp communication and problem-solving skills

  • Responsible for timely delivery of data with high quality

  • Should be able to learn upstream and downstream processes to be efficient in current role and ensure quality delivery.

  • Interest in keeping up with market research domain



Qualifications

  • UG-Arts and Science Undergraduate - 2024 & 2025

  • Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines

  • A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail

  • Good analytics skills and aptitude for operational processes

  • Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency.
