About the Role:
Data Operator & Analyst Intern at Blusha will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and migrating salon data into the ERP system with high accuracy. The role involves handling raw datasets, fixing inconsistencies, and ensuring smooth system integration. Over time, the intern will also assist in generating basic business reports and identifying data trends. This position is designed as a growth pathway toward a full-time Data Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and organize raw salon data (spreadsheets, lists, and records) to ensure accuracy and system compatibility
• Enter and migrate data into the Blusha ERP system across different modules
• Identify and correct errors such as missing records, incorrect pricing, or inconsistent formatting before data goes live
• Use spreadsheet tools and basic data techniques to streamline and improve data quality
• Generate basic reports on business activity (e.g., most booked services across clients) as you grow in the role
• Support the team in maintaining reliable and structured data across all onboarding salons

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including functions like Find & Replace, VLOOKUP, and basic data cleaning techniques
• Comfort using or exploring AI tools to assist with data processing and organization
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle large or messy datasets efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with discipline
• Interest in data handling, analysis, and long-term growth into a Data Analyst role
