Data optimization and Analyst Executive

Job Description:

Shift Timings: 5:30pm-2am

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for data-driven decisions
• Optimize data pipelines and workflow efficiency
• Provide actionable insights to improve KPIs and business performance

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets

· Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Analytical Abilities:

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.

Statistical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, or machine learning techniques is a plus.

Domain Expertise:

• In-depth understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including:

· Insurance policy structures

· Claim submission workflows

· Denial management and resolution

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and documentation skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
