Cherished Ceremonies Weddings is seeking a meticulous and organised Data Record Clerk to join our dedicated team. As a premier wedding planning and event coordination company, we specialise in creating unforgettable, personalised celebrations. This Full-Time position, based in Tampa, Florida, United States, is essential to our operations, ensuring that all client, vendor, and event information is accurately recorded and maintained to support our planners in delivering flawless events.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of our company's data. Key duties include:
 

  • Accurately entering and updating client details, event schedules, and vendor contracts into our central database.
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Maintaining and managing spreadsheets for event timelines, budgets, and guest lists.
  • Organising and archiving digital and physical records for all events to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Assisting the wedding planning team by generating reports and retrieving information as requested.
  • Upholding data confidentiality and implementing security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Performing regular data quality checks and cleansing to ensure records are current and correct.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for order and accuracy.
 

  • Proven experience in a data entry, records management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with database systems or CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with an interest in the events industry.
