About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Research Executive to support our global sales and marketing initiatives. The primary responsibility is to identify relevant companies, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and key decision-maker contacts across various industries such as Manufacturing, EV/Automotive, Energy, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology.This role directly fuels our outreach pipeline by providing accurate, validated, and up-to-date data.Key Responsibilities1. Market & Company Research
- Identify and shortlist relevant companies in target industries globally (e.g., Manufacturing, EV companies, Mobility, SaaS, FinTech, Energy, etc.).
- Analyze company size, offerings, geography, tech stack, and suitability based on ICP criteria.
2. Contact Discovery
- Find key decision makers such as CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product, Directors of Innovation, etc.
- Retrieve and validate accurate contact information (email IDs, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, etc.).
3. Database & CRM Management
- Maintain and update lead lists in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Ensure data quality—accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
4. Tools & Platform Utilization
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Crunchbase, and other research tools.
- Conduct deep online research using Google, company websites, industry directories, reports, and publications.
5. ICP Alignment & Collaboration
- Work closely with the SDR/BD team to understand ICP definitions and upcoming campaigns.
- Deliver data that aligns with target markets, regions, technologies, and business priorities.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on research output, industry mappings, and lead lists.
- Track research efficiency and suggest new sources for improving data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data research or market intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar.
- Excellent online research and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of global industries such as Manufacturing, EV, SaaS, IT services, Energy, etc.
- Ability to validate and verify data through multiple sources.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (filtering, sorting, formulas).
- Good written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SDRs or sales teams for U.S. and European markets.
- Familiarity with technology domains like AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, IoT, and Product Engineering.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and meet weekly targets.
