Job Description

• Data Research for US/UK business houses through:

i) LinkedIn Research
ii) Google Map Research
iii) Web Research

• Upload researched data into MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Perform quality checks on uploaded data to ensure accuracy
• Create social media promotional posts to engage targeted audiences
• Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, or similar platforms for:

i) Writing captions and hashtags
ii) Generating social media content ideas
iii) Creating or editing AI-generated images

• Assist in basic e-commerce backend tasks, including:

i) Product listing
ii) Product research
iii) Maintaining accurate product data

• Support simple email marketing tasks, such as drafting promotional or outreach emails
• Handle multiple projects with accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability

Job Role Description

This position requires you to gather, analyze, and manage essential business data to support strategic decision-making. Your role contributes to building a collaborative Executive Information System (EIS) that helps global clients improve performance, optimize operations, and achieve long-term growth in the competitive virtual marketplace. Your research-driven insights will support client success across multiple international projects.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal efficiency)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, such as MS Word, MS Excel)
• Strong internet research ability
• Email handling proficiency
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of backend processes in e-commerce portals
• Working knowledge of: i) Zoho, ii) Zendesk, iii) Hubspot, iv) Hootsuite
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Knowledge in the following is an added advantage:
