Job Description


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Research Specialist to support our business development efforts by gathering, cleaning, and verifying prospect data for targeted email campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who excels at data research, has a keen eye for accuracy, and understands how quality data drives successful outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Research: Identify and research potential clients in target industries using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data platforms
  • List Building: Create comprehensive prospect lists with accurate contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company details)
  • Data Verification: Verify and validate email addresses and contact information using email verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.)
  • Data Cleaning: Remove duplicates, standardize formats, and ensure data consistency across CRM systems
  • Lead Enrichment: Enhance prospect data with additional firmographic and demographic information
  • Database Management: Maintain and organize prospect databases in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
  • Market Segmentation: Categorize and segment leads based on industry, company size, location, and other criteria
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of prospect information
  • Tool Management: Stay updated on best practices for using data research and verification tools
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on data collection metrics, list quality, and campaign readiness

Qualifications


Requirements

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or database management
  • Proven expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning functions)
  • Experience with email verification and data enrichment tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and buyer personas
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers in target organizations

Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques for advanced LinkedIn searches
  • Experience with data scraping tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of IT services and software development industry

  • Incentives: Performance-based bonuses
  • Location: DHA Phase 3, XX Sector (Onsite)
  • Work Schedule: 4 PM to 1 AM
