Position: Data Research & Web Scraping Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Research & Web Scraping professional who can extract, analyze, and organize market data using advanced scraping tools and lead generation sources. The candidate will be responsible for building high-quality lead lists to support sales and marketing teams.

Required Tools & Platforms

Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• ZoomInfo
• Apollo
• Apify
• Lusha

(Knowledge of additional scraping tools will be an added advantage.)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

• Perform data scraping from relevant online sources and business directories
• Conduct lead generation using targeted filters
• Extract relevant business data including company details, decision-maker contacts, emails, and phone numbers
• Clean, format, and validate data for accuracy and quality
• Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities
• Build and maintain high-quality lead lists in Excel/Google Sheets
• Use scraping tools for automated and semi-automated data extraction
• Remove duplicates, verify contact information, and maintain updated records
• Share daily/weekly reports with the management team

Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in data research / data scraping / web mining / lead generation
• Good understanding of B2B databases and data enrichment techniques
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data cleaning and report preparation
• Knowledge of scraping tools and lead finder extensions
• Strong internet research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with deadlines and deliver accurate data consistently
