About the Role
We are seeking a Data Science Engineer to apply analytics and machine learning techniques to CRM data to improve insights, automation, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured CRM data.
• Build predictive and analytical models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models.
• Develop data-driven features and insights.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills (Python preferred).
• Experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience working with large datasets.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM or customer analytics.
• Exposure to MLOps practices.
• Experience with recommendation or forecasting models.
