• Develop and enhance finance models and / or reporting processes to support financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making across the IP&I landscape.
• Identify, develop, and integrate data science use cases into finance models and processes, leveraging advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, adapting messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Translate complex data into engaging visualisations and interactive dashboards, using tools such as Power BI or Power Apps to inform decisions and drive insight across IP&I.

• We are seeking a candidate with strong skills in either Data Science or Python programming:
• Data Science: Ability to analyse complex datasets, build predictive models, and extract actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Python Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, scripting and developing scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Analytical mindset: You’ll bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and distil it into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the business.
• Curiosity and initiative: You’re self-motivated and naturally inquisitive—proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, spotting issues early, and suggesting innovative solutions.
• Strong communicator: You’re confident communicating technical concepts to a range of audiences and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.

• Industry Experience: A background in Financial Services and/or Insurance, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in designing and deploying low-code applications using Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Process Transformation: Demonstrated experience in transforming legacy processes through automation, modern tooling, or data-driven approaches to improve efficiency and insight.
• Agile Ways of Working: Familiarity with agile delivery environments, including working within cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements and respond to evolving business needs.
