About the Role

Are you a data visionary ready to lead the charge in transforming business decisions through AI and advanced analytics? At Miral, we’re building the future of leisure and entertainment — and data is at the heart of it. As our Data Science Senior Manager , you’ll drive high-impact projects, mentor a brilliant team, and deploy cutting-edge solutions in our cloud-first ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end data science projects — from ideation to deployment — using ML, causal inference, and time-series analysis.
• Design and implement models that uncover trends, optimize performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to turn insights into action and shape data-driven strategies.
• Coach and mentor data scientists, building a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work closely with data engineering and intelligence teams to operationalize solutions in Azure and Snowflake.
• Advocate for smarter data structures and analytics platforms to future-proof our tech stack.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Master’s in Data Science, Applied Math, or related field (PhD is a plus).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or AI.

Technical Skills

• Expert in Python, R, SQL, and distributed databases (Snowflake, HQL).
• Deep knowledge of ML techniques (clustering, neural nets, decision trees).
• Proficient in Azure tools: DataBricks, AzureML, ADF, ADLS.
• Strong grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and causal analysis.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms (n8n, Agent Bricks) is a bonus.

• Strategic thinker with a product mindset.
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
• Proven leadership in diverse, agile teams.
