Role Summary

The Data Science and Coding Content Specialist Lead will design, develop, and manage coding and data science learning content for students. The role involves creating engaging instructional materials, ensuring curriculum quality, and mentoring a team of educators and content developers to maintain excellence in STEM education.

Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Development

• Design and structure coding and data science content for different learning levels (school or early college).
• Develop project-based learning modules in Python, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, and AI fundamentals.
• Review and update curriculum content to align with current industry trends and educational standards.
• Ensure the learning materials include hands-on coding exercises, assessments, and real-world applications.

2. Content Management

• Lead the creation of multimedia content (videos, presentations, worksheets, coding challenges).
• Coordinate with graphic designers, educators, and tech teams to develop interactive learning experiences.
• Evaluate and refine existing content for accuracy, quality, and engagement.

3. Team Leadership

• Mentor content developers, trainers, and junior specialists in curriculum design and pedagogy.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct quality reviews of instructional materials.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for multiple content projects.

4. Training and Support

• Conduct teacher and trainer orientation sessions on coding and data science content delivery.
• Support integration of coding content into broader academic programs.
• Assist in building question banks, assessments, and certification frameworks.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Python, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in tools like Jupyter Notebook, Excel, Tableau/Power BI (preferred).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or related programming languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.
