Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions that blend core theory with hands-on, practical implementation.

Stays abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the data field (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, MLOps).

• Design and update a cutting-edge curriculum covering the full spectrum of Data Science and Data Analytics, from foundational statistics to advanced machine learning.
• Conduct interactive labs and workshops using real-world datasets and case studies.
• Guide students through end-to-end projects, including data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and model deployment.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment, providing constructive feedback and resolving student queries effectively.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including code notebooks, presentations, and project guides.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and practical tests.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of hands-on professional experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions with confidence.
• Expert, practical proficiency in the following tools and technologies:
• Programming: Python (Must-have), with strong knowledge of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Data Handling & SQL: Advanced SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Statistics & Mathematics: Strong foundation in descriptive & inferential statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Machine Learning: Solid understanding and implementation experience of ML algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised), model evaluation, and validation techniques.
• Data Visualization: Expertise in creating dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Big Data Fundamentals: Familiarity with big data concepts and platforms like Spark is a plus.
