Job Description

• Develop AI text processing algorithms that enable free text and voicebased interactions between humans and large computer systems.
• Build AI algorithms that take unstructured data and convert them to structured data that enable humans to search over big amounts of data.
• Architect a voice-based chat system that allows individuals to perform location search, person search and other day-to-day activities.
• Design new ways to create parsers, that can be used for any general search-based applications.
• Analysis of human-computer interaction patterns to optimize language-based interfaces.
• Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Target Base Salary Range: $142,210 - $147,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

• Masters Degree + 2 years experience or
• Bachelors Degree + 5 years experience.
