Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
• Perform data exploration, cleansing, and preprocessing from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
• Build statistical and deep learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to deploy models into production environments.
• Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations and visualizations.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with large datasets using distributed data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data mining techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business strategies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision.
• Exposure to MLOps and model deployment frameworks.
• Familiarity with big data ecosystems (Spark, Hive, Databricks).
