What You ll Do

* Lead the design and execution of advanced data science projects, including predictive modeling, AI, and machine learning initiatives
* Build and deploy data pipelines, backend models, and scalable analytics solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align data projects with strategic objectives
* Develop visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI
* Perform data mining, feature engineering, and statistical analysis for actionable insights
* Integrate advanced analytics solutions across business units for pricing, claims, and sales optimization
* Mentor and coach team members to enhance analytics and AI capabilities
* Drive continuous innovation through experimentation with emerging technologies
* Ensure data governance, model validation, and compliance with organizational standards

Ideal Profile

* Master s degree preferred; Bachelor s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics
* Strong programming skills in Python or R and experience building data pipelines
* Expertise in NLP, hypothesis testing, and conceptual modeling
* Proficiency in Power BI and knowledge of Alteryx or similar visualization tools
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based environments
* Strong storytelling and data visualization skills for non-technical audiences
* Business acumen with ability to translate insights into impactful business strategies
