This opportunity is for a leading Energy & Gas giant in the UAE. We are looking for a Data Scientist to apply advanced analytical techniques to vast industrial datasets. You will build predictive models that drive efficiency, safety, and profitability across the organization's operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop, train, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve specific business problems.
• Collaborate with domain experts (e.g., engineers, geologists) to understand data context and feature engineering requirements.
• Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and quantify uncertainty in model predictions.
• Visualize and communicate findings to stakeholders, translating technical results into actionable business insights.
• Continuously research and experiment with new algorithms and techniques to improve model performance.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–8 Years .
• Strong background in statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with a wide range of ML techniques (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time-series forecasting).
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with unstructured data.

Bonus

• Experience with geospatial data analysis.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
