Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to lead our data-driven initiatives and turn insights into measurable business value. You will analyze large and complex datasets, build predictive models, and work with business and IT teams to optimize processes, improve performance, and support strategic decisions. This role also involves guiding data strategy, identifying new datasets, and ensuring high-quality, reliable data for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy across systems.
• Lead initiatives to integrate new datasets and enhance data capabilities.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and enterprise data architecture.
• Knowledge of risk analysis, process improvement, and system engineering.
• Leadership experience with ability to manage teams and projects.
• GCC experience is a plus.
