Data Scientist

Job Description:

As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in building and refining AI-driven solutions. You’ll develop machine learning algorithms, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of design, development and deployment of advanced algorithms and machine learning models to solve business-critical analytical challenges.
• Develop, refine, and optimize Machine Learning (ML) algorithms from large datasets.
• Represent data-driven outcomes in an intuitive and meaningful manner for stakeholders.
• Write robust, efficient programs integrating offline or online ML models with other modules.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in existing workflows and develop solutions accordingly.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists and analysts.
• Proactively contribute to product roadmap by identifying opportunities for AI and data science innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies.

Skills Required

• Education: B.Tech / MS / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-7 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Proficient in Python, with strong skills in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data structures, and efficient query optimization.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• A grasp of generative AI concepts and their practical applications is desirable.
• Prior experience in advertising technology or programmatic media buying is highly advantageous.
