Job Title: Data Scientist
Experience: 1.5 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Build predictive and analytical models to solve business problems
Clean, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
Present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn)
Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Good understanding of Git and version control systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Knowledge of Big Data tools such as Spark or Hadoop
